Your Instructors

Tim Gordon

Tim Gordon is a co-founder and partner at Best Practice AI, where he advises organisations, investors, and policymakers on AI strategy, adoption, and governance. With over 20 years of international leadership experience, Tim has held senior roles at the Financial Times, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and PE-backed media v. He has served as an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister. Tim is a co-founder of Salus AI, An alumnus of Cambridge University, INSEAD, and the College of Europe, he frequently speaks on AI strategy and governance and contributes to publications like the Financial Times and the Washington Post. Tim’s work centres on responsible AI practices, digital transformation, AI fact checking and public affairs.

Simon Greenman

Simon Greenman is co-founder and partner at Best Practice AI, where he advises organisations, investors, and policymakers on AI strategy, adoption, and governance. With over 25 years of global experience in AI and digital innovation, he co-founded MapQuest and has held senior roles including CDO at Dex Media and European Directories, and CEO of HomeAdvisor Europe. A former member of the World Economic Forum’s Global AI Council, Simon is also Co-Chair (Emeritus) of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of the UK and advisor to VC firms. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Computing & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.

 

Joff Sharpe

Joff Sharpe is the founder and CEO of The Ulin Group, a firm providing advisory services, project teams, and fractional executives to help business owners strengthen the agility, sustainability, and resilience of their companies. Joff was previously CHRO of British Land and Reach PLCs and PE-backed European Directories S.A. and Grohe A.G. His earlier HR career included senior roles at Mars, PepsiCo and Vodafone. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. ​

Doug Bewsher

Doug is an Operating Partner at ArrowRoot Capital, concentrating on growth-stage B2B software investments. He serves on multiple boards, including Edgio (EGIO) and Engage3. Additionally, he acts as a board advisor to several growth-stage companies, where he assists CEOs and helps craft effective sales and marketing strategies. Doug's career milestones include CEO Leadspace, a B2B data platform, CMO of both Salesforce and Skype, the latter being successfully sold to Microsoft. He also led the SF office of digital agency Digital through to acquisition by Publicis.Doug graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Physics and has an MBA from INSEAD.
